Publishers want to maximize revenue
Advertisers want the most bang for their buck

For many publishers, they get the most money through activating price floors. Pricing floors adjust hundreds and hundreds of times a day. But seriously-who has the time & man power to support that?

So what are publishers to do? SSPs are beginning to develop technology so that publishers can get the most out of their piece of pie. Essentially, these SSPs are suggesting the best times of day to get the most money for their inventory.

Honestly, this technology seems like a game changer for publishers. This SSP is aggregating data (think: click through rates and cost per click) to calculate the best price for any given period of time.
